  • My fee for the initial intake is $225. My fee for a 60-minute individual therapy session is $175.

  • At this time, I do not accept insurance directly. I can, however, provide the necessary documentation (a superbill) for you to be able to access your own out of network benefits if your plan includes them. To learn more about what specific out of network benefits your individual plan may offer, feel free to reach out to your insurance provider directly.

  • Yes, I have a limited number of sliding scale spots to offer clients. If you are currently experiencing financial hardship that would keep you from being able to pay the full fee, feel free to reach out to discuss options for sliding scale pricing.

  • Yes, I currently offer in person sessions at my office in downtown Andover on Wednesdays. I offer telehealth appointments on Mondays and Tuesdays.

  • The initial consult is an opportunity for us both to connect and determine if we’re a good fit to work together. The consult typically lasts between 15 and 20 minutes, and is virtual via a link that will be emailed to you. During the consult, you will have the opportunity to tell me a bit about what brings you to therapy at this time, to ask me any questions you might have about my style or the process of therapy with me, and for us to determine next steps together.
